Construction planParish complex of Roman Catholic Church Holy Trinity in the city of Taganrog.Parish complex consists of three buildings: the temple, the priests' house, the parish house, and the parish building that were all designed in the Renaissance style. They are located on the area of 0.5 acres in the park zone at a distance from busy, crowded and trading places, in 5-10 minutes walk from public transportation. The area will be fenced and have two entrances. There will be a parking lot outside the fence. The situation of the buildings on the plan is in the shape of the triangle and the building are connected by walking paths. On the inside of the fence there will be a drive way connecting all the buildings. A part of the territory of the parish will be planted with the trees and bushes. The priests' house will be close to one of the gates. At night time the territory will be lighted. |
Building of the templeThe
temple will be a whitewashed building designed in the early Reneissance
style of the XV century with the total area of 300 sq.meters. The temple
will be styled in the shape of the cross formed by the middle apse É
transept. The 8 sector dome with a turret on the top covers the central
and sideways crossing of the naves. There will be sacristies on the
sides of the apse. A balcony for the choir is needed at the end of the
central nave above the entrance. Behind the central nave separated by
a glass door there will be a natrex. To the sides of it there will be
staff room and a room for a boiler. There will be a bell tower beside
the temple entrance. Above the entrance there will be a stainglass in
the shape of a rosette. The building of the temple should be stricktly
oriented by the apse to the east.

The priests' houseThe priests' house will be a two storied building made of red brick the same style as the whole complex. It's total area will be 150 sq.meters. The building should be constructed in such a way that the wings of it will form a patio. On the main floor will be located the hall with a long corridor. The doors of the living room connected with the interview room, dining room, kitchen, closet and laundry room will be facing the hall. The laundry room will include the bathroom, shower, bathtab, a place for washing machine and ironing board. The door to the basement and the staircase to the second floor will located in the long corridor. The second floor will be formed by a long corridor and a gallery which run parallel to each other. They both end in a small balcony with the good overview. The doors of the five bedrooms and a small chapel and a room for water tank will face the corridor. Every bedroom will have a bathroom, a shower and a built-in closet. |
Parish houseThe parish house
will be a modern two storied red brick building designed the style
of the whole complex with the total area of 200 sq.meters and will
have a two car garage. The first floor will be occupied by a hall,
conference-hall, connected with the guest room, men's and women's
restrooms, heating room. There will be two staircases to the basement
and to the second floor. |
